Welcome to Our Tavern
Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern
The Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern (formerly known as the Spring Valley Inn), has been in existence since about 1806. It flourished during the Prohibition era, largely due to its secluded location. Trap doors in the kitchen floor were no doubt used to conceal the “wine cellars” during Prohibition. Much of the Inn’s past history is obscure, but not its reputation – especially the spring-fed pond and fresh trout that have been traditional fare here. The main spring emerges from under the building and remains a constant 51 degrees year-round. Enjoy our unique atmosphere and quality food and service
*We now have enclosed sitting in our Gazebo with heaters, to keep you warm & toasty while you eat some great food!
Please note: Rules are first come first served, there is still a 6 foot distance between parties of 4. If any family or group of friends come in, up to 4 people can sit together with a 6 foot distance between other people.
We will be open from Wednesday to Sunday to accept all reservations. Call for reservations after 1pm starting on Wednesday through the week. You will need to speak to someone on staff, as we cannot accept online reservations or messages.
